Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through The Sixth Suite website, operated by Unconventional Thinker Ltd. Books purchased through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.

1. Returns

 

We accept returns of merchandise and print books within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Books must be unmarked and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products, such as eBooks and audiobooks, once they have been downloaded or accessed

 

2. Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately, all digital sales are final. If your file is defective or you cannot access it, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or, if the issue can't be resolved, a full refund.

 

3. Pre-Orders

 

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before a physical order ships or, for digital products, before the release date.

 

4. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

 

We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and, if possible, photos.

 

6. Return Shipping
 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
     

7. Order Issues


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
